Paul has over 20 years experience acting for a wide range of individuals and corporate clients on commercial and residential property matters.

Work highlights:

Over the years Paul has acted on the sale of a large multi-million mixed residential and commercial London Wharf and on numerous high value property portfolio acquisitions and office buildings, a lot of his work involves either acting for Landlord or Tenant on commercial lease matters.  Paul also deals typically with the higher value (but not always!) residential work, sales and purchases, commercial or residential lending work and re-financing.
