Yvonne heads up our Dispute Resolution team jointly with Andrew Wheldon. She employs her extensive civil and commercial litigation experience to assist our clients with their disputes whether through litigation, arbitration or mediation and where necessary to pursue appeals and challenges to the highest courts and tribunals. Yvonne’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum including company, commercial, property, construction, employment, matrimonial and probate law.
She works fiercely to achieve successful outcomes for her clients and she has a diverse and dedicated client following. She has previously acted for a foreign state in international arbitration and regularly acts in high value litigation for domestic and international trusts, corporations and high net worth individuals. Cases Yvonne has been involved in that have made the national press include: Vertical Properties Limited -v- New Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust Ltd and Ors  UKUT 51 (LC).
Yvonne also has a commercial practice providing strategic advice to our clients aimed at avoiding disputes and supporting them with their individual and business needs.
